SUBJECT:
A warrant was obtained from Judge Boutall on R.S. 28:53 (c) for Philli
emorgency detencion through the parents.
On May 29 word was received that the Jackson Police had located Philip
and
was holding him on an open charge éntil errangements could be made for
his pickup. Mro Geraci stated that he had better not go hinsolf because
of his con's o hostile actions towards hims Mps. Geraci and friends then
proceeded to Jackson and brought Philip to Jefforson Parish for process
Philip was interrogated end(a 10 page statement was obtained in
own wopds as to his running away enclosed) Philip is now awaiting
action with the Cornon's Office:
Special Agent Joff Gilmore with the F.B.l. was noelfied to suche
It has just been discovered that Diano Turnor W/F 18 has Just ran away
from home and in per possession she had a 22 cal. rifle. This Information
has boen reported to the Redio Roome
