Gereia with reference to\nthe legielative investigation in Three Rivera, Texens, of the se called\nLongoria Incidente If the statement earnot be published in full, I do not\nunnt any portion of it publiaheds\n\"Hnting been employed no coungel for Mrs. Seatrice Lengoria only ro-\ncently, I una in a position to have a better perayactive of the entiro mat-\nter than those who have been intimntely associated with the incident sines\nthe beginninge\n\"In summery I ann any from the evidence adduced at the legislative\nhemringe that onee the publicity had in connection with the anse\nevery affort ung mille to offer sll fanilities available to the vidow and\nother membero of the Longoria family in order thnt the body of Folix\nLongoria might be buried in Three Prior to that time,\nthe only person involved, nemely, the owner of the funernl house, hnd ulle\nquestionably denied the use of his chapel becmune of the national origin of\nthe decenned and the nembere of his fundly. This conclusion in substenbiated\nby the testimany of the vidow to vhom the funeral director first denied\nthe use of his chapel because the whitesFrould not life 10% by the tes-\ntimeny of Dr. Hector P. Garein, who nttempted to obtnin the use of the\nchapel at the requent; by Gladys Blucher, Dector Gercia's seero-\ntory, who liatened to the conterantion between Doctor Gercia and the funeral\ndireator on the by Mereno, sister of Mro.
