D. 18.2 Opersonally\nRichard I Hellow\nappeared in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, before the Clerk thereof\nan ajjen, and reports himself for Waturalization, and\nbeing duly sworn, on oath declares that he is a native of Germany\naged 20\nthat be emigrated thence, embarked at Antomp\nyears, and owns allegiance to Hilliam 11 Empom of Germany\nat New york\nand arrived\nin\nthe\nUnited States, on the 27th day of april\n1882 and that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in and become a Citizen of the\nUnited States, and to renounce all. allegiance and idelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate or Sovereignty\nwhatever, and particularly to William 11 inform of Germany\nRishard F steelow\nSubscribed land Sworn to before me, this\n10\nday\nof September 1890\n9n Testimony\nThereof,\nI,\nClerk of said Superior Court, hereunto set my hand and\nSEAL\nOfficial Seal, this\n10\nday\nof Sept\n1890\nClerk.\nBy\na% Minney\nDeputy.\nDECLARATION OF INTENTION.\nUNITED STATES OF AMERICA.\nBrate of Galifornia,\nss.\nCOUNTY or LOS ANGELES.\n%e it Kuomn, That on the 10th\nday of September A.
