STATE OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY of LOS ANGELES. as. 8th Be it Hoown, That on the day of January A.D. 1889 personally appeared in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, beford the Clerk thereof, Edward. murrill an plien, and reports himself for J'aturalization, and being duly sworn, on oath declares that he is a native of Eng land. aged 40 that he emigrated thence, embarked at years, and owns Leverpool allegiance to Vistoriaduemed England and arrived at Detail in the United States, on the day of. may 188 4/and that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in, and become a Citizen of the United States, and to renounce all allegiance and Fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Treina Desenof England. Edward Murrell Subscribed and Sworn to before me, this 8 day In Gestimony of I, Clerk of said Superior Court, hergunto set my hand and SEAL. Official Seal, this 8th day of Clerk.
