K: The Arabs would have to be mad not to go along with this. We don't
give the planes; Israel must accept the 67 border and all they have to do is
negotiate.
P: What about the cease-fire?
K: That's there anyway.
P: You think Israel will turn it down?
K: Yes, or attach conditions to it. The way it's set up the only way they
get the planes is for the negotiations to fail. They have an incentive to make
them fail.
P: That's for sure, SO we might ass well give it to them.
K: I'm just going to repeat what Haig said.
P: Okay.
