K: I just had a chance yesterday to go over your memorandum of
conversation. I have no major points but I do have several comments.
[Mr. Kissinger then begin making changes with Frankel cutting in

Where you mention meeting with Laird on the 27th. Did not meet with
Laird.
Page 2 - You say all the troops would move westward. I am not
actually aware of such a document saying this. Early in the game
thought should go westward but not in writing.
