R: Well there won't be anything done till we send the next budget up
anyway.
K: So we could just drop it from the message. Anyone who looked
at the situation knows that this would jeapaxxixex jeopardize many
other things too.
R: And it would look like we were tampering with the legislative
process and they wouldn't let us get away with that.
K: Okay, then this way we can just drop it.
