K: No. I may be hard on my own staff but not on members of other departments
I am much gentler to other department members then people on my staff. I
can only tell you that no such incident happened. I have asked A1 Haig and no
one on the staff remembers such an incident. That's the situation. On the
other hand I don't want another story and have it go on. So either a retraction
or nothing.
C: I will tell Mr. Patterson. I wish he called you but he rather that I did.
K: I would rather talk to you.
C: I am sorry about it. If you knew the circumstances and the nice way in
which it was put. I wasn't calling to confirm a nasty story
K: If you read it agian it isn't told as a joke but as a manical tendency.
C: I will certainly call you again no matter what.
K: If you don't mention me I will not be hurt.
C: I started to use it on ITV.
K: When are you on TV?
C: Mon., Wed., and Fri. adx at 12:15 and 6:15 on WTOP. I did something that
got a response from a Catholic priest. I even forget what I said. We were
stricken (?) that a man like that would care enought to say that it was the
best yet. I did say I adore you. The thing that makes it difficult

I will confirm something that didn't happen.
C: I didn't consider it mean and the person who told me didn't mean that. If you
knew the person you would agree. Maybe faulty
They didn't intend
to embarras you. This man was appalled when I said you are outraged.
K: I won't make him my public relations advisor. Does it make things worse?
C: I will tell him what you have said.
K: I maintain my position.
