K: Mr. Ambassador, I think the point you have made has been well taken and
you do not need to tell it to anyone else. I don't think you have to call Mr. Sisco.
R: Since we last talked Jarring met with Sadat (?) and reaction was not
favorable. However, I have learned to judge reaction by concrete actions and
not what they say at first.
K: I just wanted to let you know there is no need for you to repeat what you
told me.
R: If you do not think it is a good idea then I will not.
