I just wanted to ask you about Marshall Wright.

He was just promoted to FSO-2 in 1969. It would be extraordinary
for him to be on this list.
K:
Will you let me know when it's time.

Anytime that you want to -- now would be appropriate to
write a memo on it. I will see that it goes in his file and the next Board
will have it. You might as well do it now.
K:
I will do that. The promotion list has gone forward to the President
today.
J:
It did go forward today? Fine.
