K: Your gov; rnment is more responsive then ours.
R: Why?
K: You cancelled the meeting.
R: We talked about it yesterday and they left it in my hands. Then it was
agreed that it would be postponed.
K: Good.
R: I don't know when the new draft will be. It's on it's way now here. Will
you be in town today and tomorrow?
K: I would rather do it tomorrow.
R: Because they wait for your comments. In the beginning they didn't understa
the difference between dealing and getting the comments. It took an explanation.
K: They shouldn't hold it up. I don't care how tough it is SO long as they
understand something else -- there's an advantage to having it this way now.
R: That's why they agreed to the meeting.
K: I will set a time for the morning.
R: The morning will be better then the afternoon.
K: I will call this afternoon. Or let's do it now. About 12:00?
R: Can you do it before that?
K: 11:00?
R: Fine. The normal procedures?
K: Yes.
R: The Map Room?
K: That's why it's better at 12:00 because the visitors are out.
R: 12:00 up to you.
