K: The Chinese will make those daxx decisions one at a time. They have their
own reasons.
R: I suppose SO. They tell me in Ottawa there's a queue that goes around the
block. Everyone and his brother is trying to get in. Some of the candidates. Other
party is trying to back up the Chinese vote.
K: I don't doubt it.
R: Lots of silly things being done.
K: If we could have nursed it before it got public but I think they will move it at their
own pace. They will move it.
R: They don't want to get left out of the world.
K: I think not. They can get into VN but the bigger issue is what you raise. If you
go let me know before you go.
