TelCon-11:40-7/21/71 Mr. Kissinger/ William Atwood A: Henry, hello. K: How are you Bill? A: I have been reading about you in the papers. I just got back from China myself. I am calling because I will be in Washington on Tuesday. Had a meeting with Chou En Lai (?) and had some long talks with Sihanouk that I didn't write about. Thought it would be too embarrassing to some people and to you and would love to share my info with you. If you have a minute at any time on Tuesday I think it would be useful. K: What time are you coming in? A: On Tuesday morning. I plan to stay over that evening and could stay longer if I had to. K: God damn it I can't find my schedule. Why don't we set it up tentatively for 4:00 o'clock on Tuesday. A: Fine, I will call your office. K: Good, we can then confirm the time.
