P: In whole field of refugee thing we have lots of people. Herbert Hoover
used to do a lot of this and Hoover Institue should have names. An outstandin;
committee of 5 people to go with him or be advisers on Pakistan relief.
K: Refugee relief SO there's no Pakistan or India.
P: What about Vietnam?
K: Still building in DMZ. We are asking if building. Northern part of
DMZ.
P: If it breaks down we can baoxx knock them down.
K: If they attack across DMZ

K: Particularly with what we have done. It would be their answer. Hanoi
is blasting Peking.
P: Could be bad for your trip. How blasting them?
K: They can have strategy of weakening socialist camp and we are doing it.
