10:30 a. m.
P: Henry.
K: Yes. How are you?
P: Very good. This will take 30 seconds. When you go to China
would it be possible for you as a favor for a constituent of mine
to ask you, if it is possible to obtain a certain stamp.
K: Certainly.
P: You are leaving, when? You are going to Europe before going
to China?
K: I am leaving on Monday.
P: We will get it in a letter describing the stamp. It may be
impossible to get the stamp.
K: If you can get it to me today.
P: I will get it there one way or another.
K: Send it to my office at the State Department. I may not
be able to get it.
P: I don't know either, but at least I have made. the effort.
