6:55 PM
K: Find our how we're going on the Saudi business.
S: Saqqaf is scheduled to arrive on the 21st.
K: I think we're moving along badly.
S: We've been asked to present
K: I understand all that. When are the Europeans coming?
S: That is one of the subject he's going to ask you about.
K: We have to get some sort of how we're going to answer it.
S: What I'm putting up to you tomorrow. We've got a
the European aspect
of this thing. When it becomes known that we're persuing this matter. We
don't want to put ourselves into a position of where the Europeans are going to
accuse us of going around end. What I want to put up to you are two or three
possibilities to how to handle the consultation process and whatever we say.
K: But not until the mission is clear.
S: No, but I think you have to do it really in the context of the mission hopefully.
K: Yes. OK.
S: How's Gina?
K: She's great.
S: I thought I was your friend and here I've never met this girl.
K: I don't want to get you too excited.
S: I probably get excited, even though it's seven o'clock and it's been a long
day already. OK, thanks very much.
K: Bye.
