K: I have that cable here from Eilts about the UN. One, this is the
sort of issue in which the State Dept. specializes, but I think it is
just a waste of time for us to have made so much fuss over it.
A: I'm not sure I know which one it is.
K: Cairo 1454. Well I have seen two or three Sisco cables as if my
life depended on that gd thing. About the one year extension.
A: Yes. I'll have to look at this one. I don't think I have seen it.
K: Look will you get across to Eilts that I discussed it with Sadat
and he had agreed. But I am not going to make a huge issue of it.
All we want is their reaction.
A: All right
