D: Once again, I received after lunch with you a telegram saying
in Moscow they agree with your proposal as a first step to have on basis
of mutual
about ships calling on ports. They agree it should be for
14 days now on both bases.
K: We will get that order immediately.
D: How do we handle it?
K: Let me give the instructions tomorrow and then let you know the
requirements. But you can consider it done.
D: Someone will call me tomorrow?
K: Yes.
D: Further things dealing with ships and maritime business should be
discussed by experts, but on the date we will discuss it at a later stage.
K: Yes, and I prefer that it not be discussed until I get back, becaune
of the bureaucratic confusion
D: Okay, and when you come back we will discuss
K: But you can consider the two-week thing done. It's just a question
of a day or two to give the orders
and I have given instructions on a
in the sense that
most urgent basis to Rush
and you can tell this to Moscow
NNMXXXXXXX
we have discussed it.
There will be no further problems
D: I hope not.
K: We do this in our mutual interest and this will be kept. It is a question
of management and we will solve it. There will be no other misunderstanding
by Rush.
