K: Yes, and I prefer that it not be discussed until I get back, becaune of the bureaucratic confusion D: Okay, and when you come back we will discuss K: But you can consider the two-week thing done. It's just a question of a day or two to give the orders and I have given instructions on a in the sense that most urgent basis to Rush and you can tell this to Moscow NNMXXXXXXX we have discussed it.
