We will just put you under your\ncontrol this sum we agree we'll ask you to do and we will not ask any\nmore. So I think it fits rather nicely. Before you were complaining\nwell, not you exactly but you too to a certain extent but mostly it was\nMr. Butz -- the trouble with us, the Soviets, is that we are, and that\nwas and is true, that we never said what we are going to buy next year.\nSo this time we ought to try to be on a playing side to make it clear how\nK:\nBut you know it is rather difficult for us under conditions where many\nother countries are screaming to announce a long-term agreement with\nyou.\nD:\nSo maybe you may announce it a little bit later by saying in a sense\nthat now you will know how much It first of all shows that we are\ngoing to buy on a [ low ? ] class scale because this decision of 5 million\nreally would make as I was told by Brezhnev in order to -- sometimes\nhe will not need them at all but better to keep it, not to make it, in case\nwhen we really don't need it SO we could just keep our storage and then\nto balance SO to speak.
