K: Anatol I have to run to a meeting but I have a cable here saying that your
delegation has asked for a week's recess in the text ban talks.
D: I could be, I haven't yet.
Kit I don't think it's such a good idea.
D: No? Why?
K: Well, because I think we ought to keep our people working.
D3 There.
K: Yes.
D: Well, I think we could do it if you feel it's really a good idea, I'm sure
I could do it with.
K: Well, I just think if they come back and then all our people start working
on them here.
D: I see.
K: I don't object to it. I just wanted to make sure we didn't encourage it.
D: No, I understand your point, OK.
K: If you really want to we will have a break, but
D: But I understand what you said (inaudible)
K: Exactly.
D: I think it's a good point.
K: OK.
D: Yesterday was a very good speech by President. It was very good, I thin
