VISIT TO THE TREASURY DEPARTMENT SCENARIO CONTENUED
TREASURY DEPARTMENT OFFICIALS CONTINUED:
Mr. Gilney 3. Schol, Commissioner of Accounts
Dr. Charles in. Walker, Under Secretary of the Treasury
Mr. A. 20. Weatherboo, Assistant Secretary for Administration
Mr. Donald A. Webston, Assistant to the Secretary
NORE:
Two photographers will be present in the Conference Room.
As approximately 3:30 p.m. Secretary Konnedy will escort you
to the large Conference Room (Room 2121 directly adjacent to the small
Conference Room) and on to a email stage where a single stand-up
microphone will be provided. Following the introduction by Secretary
Kennedy, who will remain seated os stage with you, you will speak to
approximatoly 100 of the top employees of the Treasury Department.
It is explated you will speak approximately 15-20 minutes.
You will be excerted from the large Conference Room at
approximately 3:45 p.m. by Secretary Kennedy and will return to
the White House. (They will be prepared for you to shake hands with
choos assembled if your schedule perroits).
NOTE:
Press will be present in the large Conference Room for your eath.
