CHAPIN SUBJECT: New York City Trip The Schedule for the Naw York City journey is as follows. Friday morning, March 31, we have ticketed you OR the American Airlines flight departing National at 8:30 c.m. Upon. arriving in Box York, you should take a cab to the Essex House Hotel which to incated nt 160 Central Fark South. Please contact me in my room after you have checked in. At 10:30 a.m. we have a meeting with Mr. Tex McCrazy at 161 East 61st Street. I'll pull togother some briefing material on this porticular mooting and have it to you by Tharsday afternoon do you 0011 read it prior to arriving in New York. It is anticipated that this meating with Fir. McCrary will last through lunch. This is at Mr. McCrary's request. At 5:30 p.m. Friday evening we are scheduled to meet with Bill Carruthers and Fred Rheinstein (Mark Goode may be there) at the Desex House Hotel. It is anticipated that this meeting will possibly last through dinner. The purpose is to get a complete briefing from Rheinstein as to the situation in San Diogo vis a via the networks. You should be aware that this meeting with Rheinstein is not to be known. We have not notified Magruder. Timmone. Dick Herman or anyone else that it is going to take place and that's the way it's going to remain. On Saturday, April 1 at 10:00 a.m., we have a macting with Mr. Alvin Cooperinan (Office We 594-6600; Residence - 873-5329). This meeting will take place in Mr. Cooperman's apartment at 146 Contral Park West. All of those people who attended the Friday night meeting will be present at Mr. Cooperman's.
