THE CHIEF OF PROTOCOL DEPARTMENT OF WASHINGTON STAT THE PRESIDENT HAS SEEN what 5 p.m. FYI November 11, 1971 ty MEMORANDUM TO ALEX BUTTERFIELD THE WHITE HOUSE Subject: Washington Visit of Former President and Mrs. Johnson As of November 11th the Johnson's are expected to arrive in Washington between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. In this case they will probably reach Blair House sometime between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m., Friday, November 12. At 7:00 p.m. the Johnson's will give a cocktail reception for approximately 100 people. The Blair House staff will be prepared to serve a private dinner for the Johnson family after the reception. There is no definite itinerary for the remainder of their stay. There is a possibility that Lynda and Chuck Robb will accompany the Johnson's. The Johnson's Sunday departure is not firm.
