Our seven legislative proposals for revenue morts sharing have now gone to the Congress, and repo would say I am more optimistic about success now than I was then. - majity has th hospitality they most Revenue sharing, when it is enacted, will go far toward alleviating the financial burdens of State and local government. 1. But it is hardly enough to make such great efforts to solve these problems on one hand, while on the other we pursue policies which compound the problem. (1) I am speaking of the present disastrous system of public welfare.
