Lisagor said RN's very much his own man and if\nhe's taking RZ advice, US is worse off than imagined.\nMills did a little backing and filling on Issues when he predicted\nJudiciary would vote to impch. W/out the evidence they've made up\ntheir minds? asked reporter. No, Mills said. If evidence isn't there,\nthey'll not vote out the bill. (But Mills already said they would vote\nit out. ) Further, Mills sees large, non-partisan vote by House -- but\nhe added that was based on judgement of others."
