before June primary. Explaining the latter request, Graham said if
acquitted, Reinecke would surely win primary; if convicted, primary
won't matter much. An "optimistic" Reinecke on film said he could
get a fair trial in DC if he had enough money to bring all his
witnesses from Calif. Concluding, Graham suggested primary
will be decided by 12 jurors.
