BACKGROUND This program will air every year to show the different events around Christmas time in Washington D.C. Portions of the show have already been video-taped at the White House. III. PARTICIPANTS The President Mrs. Reagan IV. PRESS PLAN traveling pool V. SEQUENCE OF EVENTS 1. The President and Mrs. Reagn will arrive at the Pension Building at 6:50 PM. 2. Upon arrival they will proceed to the Christmas tree for the laying of gifts and meeting of the performers and Hosts then proceed to the holding room. 3. 7:00 PM The President and Mrs. Reagan will take their seats and watch the show. 4. 8:15 PM they will be introduced by Dinah Shore and both will proceed to the stage where President Reagan will make brief remarks at 8:17 PM. 5. The President and Mrs. Reagan will return to their seats for the conclusion of the show. 6. The President and Mrs. Reagan will return to the White House at 8:30 PM.
