tho being first duly sworn, deposes and on his oath says :
That as the basis for his petitioning for naturalization under the
provisions of the Act of July 19, 1919, Pub. No. 2, 66th Cong, providing
that:
Any person of foreign birth who served in the military or
naval forces of the United States during the present var, after
final esconination and acceptance by the said militory or naval
authoritics, and shall have been honorably discharged after such
accoptanco and service, shall have the benefits of the 7th sub-
division of section 4 of the Act of June 29, 1906, 34 Statutes
at Large, part 1, page 596, as amended, and shall not be re-
quired to pay any fee thorofor; and this provision shall continue
for the period of one year aftor all of the Anerican troops are
returned to the United Statos.
Affiant declares on oath to this Court, a.s he has alrendy doclarod on
oath to the United Statos naturalization examinor naned bolow, that he,
affiant, was inducted in the armed forces of the United Statos
