directed to conduct all the details of the business un-
til the further action of the Board of Directors.
The following resolution was, on motion, duly
ad op ted .
RESOLVED that Walter P. Bliss be and he
hereby is elected a Director of this Company to fill the
vacancy caused by the resignation of Dr. Sabin A. von
Sochocky.
There being no further business, the meeting
was, on motion, duly ad journed.
