adopted: RESOLVED, That it is the opinion of the Board of Directors that the assets of the Corporation should be brought into a more liquid condition and that immediate steps should be taken to that end in view by the Pres- ident and the Treasurer, and that in case there was any disagreement be tween the President and the Treasurer as to the manner in which such liquidation should be brought about, the matter should be referred to the Vice-President for consideration and letermination. RESOLVED further that Dr. von Sochocky be requested to prepare and present a plan defining the powers and duties of the officers and employees of the Corpor- ation. There be ing no further business to come be- fore the meeting, it was on motion duly made and seconded, adjourned. Secretary -3-
