COPY June 3rd, 1921 . Dear Mr. Roeder: Received your letter this morning. I a.m entirely indifferent now, which way and in which manner the matters related to me are handled. Your statement that cheque is due me pleases me in every way - particularly in relation to the basic principle. I promised Dr. Hess help (personal) in finishing up some of work started with him together . To do that it will be necessary for me for ghort time to go to his laboratory. Would like to be notified by you whether it is compatible with interests of your company. After next Thursday it will be impossible for me to talk about any business of R. L. M.
