Dear Sir: Please note copy of rasolution of the Board of Directors, of the Radium Tuminous Matorial Corporation, forwarded to me June 15th, 1921. " Dr. Sabin von Sochocky in an emergency of the business requiring the same has heretofore communicated to Le C. Bilstein certain information as to formulas, processes and treatments employed in the business of the cor- poration under solemn promise not to divulge the same to any one. and has re- quested the corporation's permission to release I.
