of the RADIUM LUMINOUS MATERIAL CORPORATION held at its
office, No. 58 Pine Street, in the Borough of Manhattan,
City, County and State of New York, on the 27th day of
June, 1921.
Present: Messrs. Bliss,
Cross,
Evarts, and
Roeder,
Mr. Roeder in the chair.
Minutes of the meeting of May 24, 1921, were
read and approved.
The Treasurer reported that there were sufficient
surplus profits of the corporation on hand to provide for
the regular quarterly dividend on the preferred stock of
the corporation issued and outstanding, and advised that,
in view of the present financial stringency and business
depression, the payment of the dividend, if declared, be
postponed until October 1, 1921. Whereupon the following
resolutions were, on motion, duly adopted:
RESOLVED that the regular quarterly dividend
of one and three-quarters per cent.
(1 3/4%) upon the outstanding preferred
stock of this corporation be and the
same hereby is declared out of the sur-
plus profits of the corporation, and
be paid by the Treasurer on October 1,
1921, to the stockholders of record of
the preferred stock on June 27, 1921.
