Dear lir. Strykor:
The enclosed letter was just received
from lbr.
As it refers again to the liability
in question, I em sending it to you.
This is probably not the time to discuss
the liability and of this situation.
We are, however,
assuming that the insurance company is to conduct the defense
and at their expense.
This was implied in the original
letter on the subject.
The chief concern in the present
reiteration is that we do not vont the insurance company to
be lax in the matter of defending the suit on the assumption
that their interest is not vital because after all it probably
is a matter of groat concern to them.
