L R. LIVINGSTON. D. D.S. 7 PROSPECT STREET COR. WILLIAM ST. EAST ORANGE, N. J. June 22, 1925, Miss A. Hall II So IQth St E. Oramge, N.J. My dear Miss Hall: Supplementing the Report of Dental 1x- amination of your teeth, a copy which ie ene closed, I beg to state that the process, ( the boney caseing in which the tecth is held) has beem destweyed to such an extent, that only one- third of the tooth is sur- rounded by bone. This has been caused by Pyrrhea. It may be possible with intensive and prolonged treatment, to check furthur bone destruct- ion. How-ever, I would advise removal of the tooth and to replace it with a Porcelain tooth. This would obbliterate danger of effecting the other teeth. This tooth can never be brought up in line again.
