Dr. Herbert n. MeCoy,
1623 Hyde Paxic Boulevard,
Chicago, Illinois.
Desz Dx. MeOoy:
A have your letter of the 5th and am roturn
ing Dr. Reitter's letter of July lst which you enclosed. His
statement that Mz. Barker is malding redioactive tests on some of the
materials resulting from the is quâte correct. The results
are not available.
Naturally Dr. Martland, the Nesex County physi
cien and a Pathologist of very hi/d standing, vould like to cheok his
findings so far as pocsible and therefoze asirad Reittor to communicate
with you since your nome was mentionel by Viedt.
I can see no reason thy you should not comply with
Dr. Reitter's request if you have instruments that are suitable for
very low radioactive deterrinations.
Dr. Martlani x think in conjunction with Dr. Roitter,
who by the wey La our plant physicim is interested in proparing and
publishing a papor dovering the effects of worlding with Radivun. My
position is that it da nezfectly all rights to determine these causes and
results and mablish a papex, bat that it should by no means be a super-
ficial or partial research. Perhaps in unswering you might contribute
a certain amount of information that would be helpful along these lines.
Cordially,
Relations
