Dear Mr. Stryker:
Thanles for your note of the 2nd.
I foil to see the Insurance Company's position
reported to you by lir. MeClynn in regard to the
Mallifer claim since if a suit is to be brought the
Insurance Company could be called upon to defend it.
But in any case, should we not be
making some progatess in nogotiations with Kalisch ?
I would like to find out what the complete settlement
will involve.
Mr. Lee or I could stop in to see
Mr. McGlymn some morning if you think it would be
helpful in speeding things up.
