Re: Carlough VS U.S. Radium
I have had several talks with Mr. Kalisch in
connection with the proposed settlement of all the pending
cases against the Radium Company and he states that he is
unable to settle them for less than $13,000.00 made up as
follows:
$10,000.00 for the Carlough family, including
the Mallifer claim, $1500.00 for Mr. Kuser and 1500.00
for himself.
