Mr. Josiah Stryker,
c/o Lindabury, Depue & Faulls,
Prudential Building,
7G3 Broad St.
Newazin,
N. J.
Dear Mr. Stryker:
Unless we are practically sure of
winning the so-called "necrosis" cases, I bolievo we
should settle for the $13,000.00. While I am
absolutely sure that the Corporation is blameless in
this matter, we appeaz to be up ageinst a pretty well
organizad effort to embarzas us, end I am inclined to
- think that testimony presented on the other end will
be unscrupulous.
A judgment against us in the lower
court, even if reversed later, would, I am convinced,
have a very serious effect on our business.
Therefore, if you see no better way out
please proceed with the settlement, modifying the amount
as far es we are concerned in any way that is possible.
Yours truly,
President.
