Mc Glynn, 810 Broad St., Newark, N. J. Dear Sir: We have taken this case up with the Home Office particularly the bill of Dr. Flinn for $1653.00. The Home Office are agreeable of paying a contribution of $2500.00 and the bill of Dr. Thompson, $250.00. The Home Office will not authorize any further payment in this case. The case is not one that is covered under the policy. Dr. Flinn was not employed by us. We would be glad to have you do what you can to close this case securing necessary releases or voidance of the policy as will best protect our interest. We wish you would in addition secure the proper releases and discontinuances of the above action and the action in any other cases where we may be possibly involved.
