Roeder, President, United States Radium Corporation, 30 Church St. , New York City. Dear Mr. Roeder, Enclosed please find copy of letter sent to me by Mr. McGlynn and copy of enclosure; also copy of my reply to Mr. McGlynn. I would be glad to have your vi ews as to whether the settlement should go through until after the matter in difference with the Insurance Company has been disposed of. It will undoubtedly be harder to secure a settlement with the company after the case has been settled. On the other hand, I think the proposed settlement with the claimants has progressed too far to warrant us in repudiating it even though an adjustment cannot be reached with the Insurance Company. We shall then be obliged to consider the question of enforcing the obligations of the Insurance Company by suit at law. Yours, very truly, S Enc.
