This will confirm your order for two
stenotypists to report a directors' meeting at your
office on Wednesday morning, May 19th at 9:45 A.M.
As stated over the 'phone, our charge for
this service is 244 a folio for the original of the
transcript, plus $10 for each reporter for each
morning or afternoon session for reporting over the
Dictograph.
We also wish to confirm your statement
that in the event it is necessary for our reporters
to testify in court as a result of reporting this
meeting, you agree to pay us our regular daily
charge for such time as it may be necessary for our
representatives to be in court.
