STATE OF NEW YORK ) ) ss. COUNTY OF NEW YORK ) FANNY S. SWEENEY, being duly sworn, deposes and says: That she resides at 180 23d Street, City of New York, County of Queens, State of New York. That she is employed by The Master Reporting Company, Inc., of 37 West 39th Street, New York City. That she is familiar with the operation and use of the Stenotype and the Dictograph. That on the morning of May 19, 1926, she, accompanied by Ruth Walsh, was sent to the offices of the United States Radium Corporation of 30 Church Street, New York City, to report a conference. That she arrived at the offices of said Corporation at 9:45 A.M. That she inspected and tried out previous to the conference a Dictograph unit the transmitter of which was installed in the conference room and the receiving set installed in one of the private offices of said Corporation. That beginning about 10:40 A.M. she listened to a conference and the following is a true and correct transcript of what was heard over the Dictograph and recorded by her on the Stenotype: VOICE: I feel that I am coming here Was wished on me. for about three years perform an operation on the lower jaw the first girl died Then I operated, removed the whole lower jaw girl - 1 -
