Gentlement-
Te believe you will agree that the exticle
sent you under July 12th on the subject of "Tadio Active
Material an Industrial Hazard? shows that Dr. Flinn has
gone into this subject more thoroughly than anyone else.
His findings, hotrever, sre not final; and it has occurred
to US that since this subject is 80 important it would be
most desirable for both the malcere and of luminous
material to have the study and experiments carried on over
a much greater period of time. of course, to do this re-
quires a groat deal of time and some money and wa wonder
Af you, as a large usor of lurinous material, would be
willing to contribute a reasonable anount towards a fond
that might pernit of a continmation of this aplendid work.
It is estimated that a mininm of $5,000
will be necessary.
Yours vory truly,
President.
