Lindabury, Depue & Faulks,
763 Broad Street,
Newark, New Jersey.
Attention:- Mr. J. Stryker.
Gentlement-
This will acknowledgé receipt of your letter
of the 24th enclosing bill for services rendered in connec-
tion with the so called "radium necrosis" cases. This
matter will have our early attention.
We are rather inclined to agree that the proper
thing is to bring suit against the insurance company for the
money paid Dr. Flinn in connection with his investig tion work.
However, before definitely deciding I shall take a run over
to Newark and talk the matter over wi th you. This will not
be until after Labor Day, since, according to my present plans,
I shall be bsent from the city next week.
Yours very truly,
President.
