My dear Mr. Lee:
Re:
Our Claim File 38-0-46047
Kuser VS. Radium Luminous Materials Corp. of Delaware
Following your recent talk with Mr. John Q. Robinson and Mr. C. C. O'Regan,
Manager of our Inland Marine Department, the matter of a claim contribution
on our part in connection with the above case has been discussed. The case,
as you know, presented a number of difficulties to our Claim Departmento
Manager Emory of that department, in the exercise of our desire to treat
all claim matters as bro adly as possible consistent with our general policy
of nondiserimination between policyholders in respect to similar claims, has
given personal attention to the entire matter. You will be glad to know that
we have decided that it is possible to contribute the sum of $500 in connection
with the above case and a claim draft in that amount will now be forwarded to
you through Mr. Robinson.
I hope the action of the Company in this case will be entirely satisfactory
to you, and that it will tend to cement more completely the very cordial
business relations which have existed for some time
Yours
truly,
H. MORRILL, Jr.,
Asst. General Manager
