vs. U. S. Radium Corporation. Both suits instituted in the New Jersey
Supreme Court.
Also please find enclosed copies of our letters to the
Aetna Life Insurance Company and the American Mutual Liability Insurance
Company, relative to our passing the legal documents on to them.
