herewith the summons and complaint in 8 œnnection
with the above captioned action.
You will note that the complaint
alleges employment from March 1, 1917, to March
1919. According to our records our compensation
policy did not go into effect until August 20, 1919.
We understand that you carried insurance applicable
to this case in another company and that it is your
desire to refer it to that company for attention.
