July 8th,1927. American Itutual Liability Insurance Company, 969 Broad Stract, Newark, H.J. Gentionen: Te hand you herewith a couy of Sommons and Complaint of an action instituted in the New Jorsey Supromo Oourt by Edna Hussmen and Louls Trussmon, agninst this corporation for alleged injurics sustained while employed at our plant located in New Jersey. Since thore was a considerable period of time of employment, alleged in the complaint, previous to the date of our poliey with yogi wo have sent the orizinal Sumons and Complaint to the Nem Amsterdam Casualty Company, and we have requested them to ascertain the miden name of lirs. Hussman in order that we may check hor allegations of employment against our employment records. We offer you our fullest cooperation in the matter of technical data end also the services of our attorneys in the defence of this action. Very truly yours, Prosident. CBLeetFH enc.
