Accord- ingly, very early in Jamary of 1984, I went to ao D2.John Heman, of Orange, who advined me to see Dr. Humphries of the Orange Orthopaedic Hospital. I called at onoe upon Dr. Humphries and told him of my illness, and he told me that he believed that I suffered from chronio arthritis. Dr. Humphries strapped my foet and my back, continuing his treatmonts for several weeks, during which I saw him onoe a weok. Dr. Humphries then advised me that perhaps a poison- ing from a tooth or jaw infection might be omaing my trouble and requested me to have my teoth X-rayed. Dr. Albert Xerayed my tooth around the middle of Tebruary, 1924. Dr. Al- bert found a peouliar bono condition in the area where he had pulled my two teoth, whioh area had apparently healed. I showed the piotures to Dr. Humphries, who advised me to 8 to a spocialiste Upon the suggestion of Dr. Albert, I went to see a Dr. Honry Se Dunning of Now York, in the first woek of Harch, 1924. Ho informed me that I was suffez- ing fron considerable neorosis of the jaw and arranged that I should stay at the Reconstruction Hospital at 100th street, Now York. I remained at this hospital for a week under ob- servation, during which time many were takon. I left the hospital around the 28th of March, Subsequently, Dr. Dunning sent for no again and took me to a Dr. MoCaffery or 33 East 63th Street, Now York Gity. This was around
